A perfect plan your crew doesn't understand gets done wrong, and then the plan gets blamed.
Because people carry out the plan, not paper.
Back to services
We train in the field and in the crew's language, English or Spanish: pruning, thinning, tying, calibrating backpack sprayers, safe pesticide handling, picking without bruising the fruit and logging the work.
Training is hands-on, with the tool in hand and on a real plant. A slideshow doesn't change how anyone prunes.
Afterward, you get attendance records that also count as documentation for your food safety audit.
Everything below is part of the service we agree on after the field visit.
The same service works differently depending on the farm's scale and where the crop is sold.
You can book them together and get more out of a single field visit.
Pick the service you need, and we'll set up the visit this week.
